WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We provide a live arrival guarantee for all of the animals we ship to you and also are happy to answer any care questions you have to make sure the setup you have for any ordered animals provides them a great home; Because of this, we do not offer returns on animals once ordered.

WHAT IS THE LIVE-ARRIVAL GUARANTEE?

We guarantee that your animal was incredibly well cared for prior to shipping, and we DO NOT ship unhealthy animals. We also guarantee that the shipping methods we use are tried and true, and conform to FedEx Live Animal Shipping standards, and shouldn't cause any issues with animal health.


However, if in the VERY unlikely chance that your animal does not survive the shipping process, we offer a full refund on the cost of the animal. See the shipping portion of our website for full details. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not. We know there are many lovers of these unique species in other countries, but for the sake of the animal's health, we do not ship internationally.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

The easiest payment methhods are through our website, or linked PayPal on our website. Should you need another option, submit a question on our contact form.

WHAT KIND OF CARE DO MY ANIMALS REQUIRE?

We are here to help you set up your terrarium prior to animal purchase. We believe that having an established terrarium before actually receving the animal is paramount to it having a healthy life. We will happily go over any questions you have and will recommend the best care sheets available for their ongoing care.
